Well folks – it’s that time again!
I don’t know about you, but I’m EXCITED for November 7th! I can’t wait for it to get here!
Over the last year through the efforts of getting IR-124 on the ballot – SO MANY new folks were registered to vote in Montana.
This election could change a few things. I sure hope so after the 2011 Legislative session.
To help you make the decisions that best reflect your views – I will share some links here with you.
FIRST
Let’s be sure your are registered properly. If you have moved, even across the street in some instances, it can change your district, and who you vote for.
PLEASE visit the My Voter Page HERE and click “start” to find out your registration status.
In addition – you can view a sample ballot for your area too! Sample Ballot Lincoln MT 11-2012 is the ballot from my district. When you click through you will have opportunity to view your ballot too.

For a refresher re: Cannabis – and one of the best documentaries I think ever made re: Cannabis – please be sure to watch Clearing the Smoke the Science of Cannabis HERE – I cannot state what a wonderful job they did in words. Very impressive.

Still confused on the issues? Well folks – there is a Voter Guide for almost every issue in Montana. You just need to sort it out according to your values and issues. We have voter guides online re: Cannabis, Livestock and Agriculture, Women’s Issues, and Energy and Conservation and MORE.
HERE is a link to the google search I performed and the results listed. Go research to your hearts content – and pick the candidates that are aligned closely with your values and beliefs.

As you can see….I’m a sign waver. I have been waving signs for this cause all across our Nation since last session – with a lot of it in Colorado and Colorado Springs.
In Colorado Springs this year – after a full year of our advocates there rallying in front of the El Paso County Courthouse every week or two weeks to oppose prosecution for a patient, and a provider facing state charges. Two separate cases – yet went to a Trial by Jury within two weeks of each other.
BOTH were found NOT GUILTY
Signs matter – and they educate. In Montana – the media has not been getting our voice out.
WE HAVE TO!
So…..here’s what is going on:
FIRST
Sign this petition!
Chris Williams had a hearing in Great Falls on November 1. Unfortunately, after another individual called the Federal Marshalls re: our rally – Chris’ court hearing was moved to November 7, 2012
IF Chris could have been released on that date in that hearing – he would have been able to vote on this issue. As it stand now – he cannot. Please read the petition – sign – and SHARE IT. This is a Federal issue – National signatures are welcomed and encouraged.
IN THE MEANTIME
Start making signs and please JOIN US on November 1, 2012 at the Federal Courthouse in Great Falls Montana.
We will be rallying there from 9am-1pm – with a press conference after.
Don’t give me that “I don’t want to be seen on TV or the newspaper” bunk. That’s what your signs are for! Hold them up in front of you and have a concise message on that sign!
If a reporter want to interview you and you are not comfortable, refer them to someone else – or I will help you.
MONTANA PATIENTS AND PROVIDERS NEED TO STAND UP!

I am also organizing a Rally at the State Capitol – and I will be there ALL DAY LONG from 9-5 on my birthday fighting for us.
Please join me – it would be the best gift ever.
I will be at the corner of 6th Street and Montana Avenue right in front of our Great State Capitol. Not only is it beautiful – but VERY visible.
Please come help me answer questions from confused voters.
